Kundalini Yoga is called the yoga of awareness. It brings together asanas (movement), pranayama (breathwork), mantra, meditation, mudras (hand positions), dristi (eye gaze) in specific sets called kriyas.
Kundalini Yoga balances and heals the nervous system and glandular system, creating a stronger body and immune system, and helps one to live a more heart centered life. With regular practice, Kundalini Yoga helps one to release fear, connect with their true potential and create more health and happiness in their life.
