The Mission
This is not a normal job because Ali Katz does not live or build like a normal corporate executive. This role is for a rare breed of content engine operator: part creative director, part technical architect, and part brand co-steward.
Think of the modern embedded media model, like the elite, high-proximity content directors behind Gary Vee, Jay Shetty, or Mel Robbins, but with a wider, deeper texture, anchoring and scaling the Ali Katz brand.
You’ll thrive here if you want high-level proximity to an iconoclastic visionary and possess the instinct to capture both polished thought leadership and the raw, behind-the-scenes texture of how an Inc. 5000 CEO actually lives and leads.

In this role, you will be employed directly by our flagship organization, New Law Business Model (NLBM), which currently handles all People Operations administration and benefits for the Eyes Wide Open Collective ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
You will own, grow, and monetize the Ali Katz personal brand across all digital platforms. Ali Katz is an estate planning attorney, visionary iconoclast, and 6x Inc. 5000 CEO whose personal brand sits at the intersection of personal finance, estate law, and transformational psychology, built to lead a cultural shift around the impending $124 trillion Great Wealth Transfer.
- Own content capture and distribution pipelines: ensure the fullness of Ali’s teachings and day-to-day operations are filmed and captured.
- Command digital platforms and funnels: oversee the technical health, content calendar, and conversion architecture of AliKatz.com and all associated social media channels.
- Direct The Great Wealth Transfer Podcast and Substack: inherit and scale the podcast platform end-to-end, including guest strategy, asset production, media kit creation, Substack publishing, and audience growth.
- Lead cross-brand ecosystem coordination: serve as the connective tissue between the personal brand media engine and the broader marketing teams inside the Eyes Wide Open Collective ecosystem.
- Manage teams and vendors: direct outside production agencies, video editors, and writers today while systematically building the internal brand content team over time.
What Success Looks Like
- Within your first three months, you have built clear, repeatable operational processes that make brand content distribution consistent and scalable.
- By month six, the Ali Katz brand is synonymous with the Great Wealth Transfer conversation and is consistently driving high-intent lead flow into the ecosystem.
- The content engine ships with clockwork consistency, backed by clean data attribution, clear performance metrics, and distinct revenue assignment.
Who You Are
- You have at least three years working in close proximity to a visionary founder, comfortably navigating the intimacy and intensity of that environment.
- You are an executor with a deep strategic eye, seeing yourself as a proactive co-steward of the brand’s voice rather than someone waiting for a ticket.
- You move incredibly fast, managing a high volume of moving projects across Slack, WhatsApp, Telegram, and other digital communication channels without losing momentum.
- You possess exceptionally high emotional intelligence, letting you collaborate directly with a strong-willed visionary by using data and market logic to find direct, ego-free synthesis.
- You are highly AI fluent, using modern LLMs and automation tools to think faster, iterate quicker, and scale creative production without compromising quality.
- You are technically capable, with the baseline ability to audit funnels, review analytics dashboards, and confidently navigate platforms like WordPress, GoHighLevel, and Meta Ads.
Compensation & Benefits
While this role directly spearheads the content, strategy, and daily operations for the Ali Katz personal brand platform, your official W2 employment, payroll processing, and benefits infrastructure are administered cleanly through New Law Business Model (NLBM).
- Salary Range: $115K-$140K base + OTE up to $185K
- Status: Full-Time / W2
- Location: Remote / Full-Time Flex. Role requires regular travel for content capture sessions, events, and strategy summits with Ali, including Boulder, Costa Rica, and live ecosystem events.
- Benefits: comprehensive health, dental, and vision; 401K; flexible paid time off.
- BYOD: you must provide your own computer with minimum 16GB RAM and high-speed internet. Company provides required enterprise software and ecosystem access.
